The Journey Begins

I am a 34 year old professional, that thought he had everything under control, even my mixed and confused emotions, until one day I snapped and decided the only way to stop all the internal pain was to swallow a whole bunch of pills - clearly that did not work and I landed up in a psychiatric clinic. This is my journey through self discovery and understanding what was wrong with me.
