- Get 8 hours of sleep per night (natural and deep cycle).
- Early morning exercise helps with releasing endorphins in your brain.
- Drink 8 glasses of water a day (on average 2 liters a day).
- Pack a decent lunch for work (with fruit etc).
- Make healthy choices when it comes to your meals (1 neutron requires potassium, magnesium and calcium).
- Take Omega 3 tablets twice a day.
- Eat supper together as a family and discuss your days events.
- Spend 1 hour a day doing something you enjoy; this helps you clear your mind.
